We are famous for our sea food, 35 day aged steaks and stunning Sunday roasts. Our meat is renowned because chefs Jamie Mosaheb & Peter Szak butcher their own meats on site.

  • We pride ourselves on producing British rustic cooking with a modern twist.
  •  Our ingredients are sourced locally for where possible,  from our delicious homemade lemonade to the chocolate chip in our biscuits along with our home made crisps to enjoy at the bar.
  • We freshly bake bread daily, which can also be purchased from the G&D and enjoyed at home.
  • Everything is freshly prepared here, on demand and with passion for great cooking.

FINE WINES AND ALES

Our superb wine menu is supplied by Berry Bros. & Rudd, Britain’s oldest wine and spirit merchant. In 2009 Berrys’ stole the show at the International Wine Challenge, picking up the most coveted title of Wine Merchant of the Year.

 

Our real ales are provided by Arundel brewery, producers of the best quality ales, from their famous ‘Sussex Gold’ to the unusual ‘Pickled Mouse’. Arundel Brewery was founded in 1992 and marked the rebirth of a tradition dating back more than 200 years. We also feature a guest ale chosen from a local brewery.
